Founder & CEO

DMA-CEO, The CLICFor over twenty years, DMA has developed and overseen innovative solutions for goal achievement and life change in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors. She was a founding director of the Cornerstone Literacy Center, a 501(c)(3) for middle school students in Manhattan (now in its 12th year), and also founded First in the Family, a college application mentoring program in Los Angeles that ran for eight successful years, helping hundreds of students gain admittance to four-year universities. DMA also has enjoyed a decade-long career as a writer, producer and show runner of dozens of high-rated non-fiction TV shows for networks such as CBS, TLC, Bravo, BET, History Channel, Disney Channel and more. As the author and creator of the "Made Simple" series of entertainment industry books, seminars and software, focused on screenwriting and reality TV production, DMA is a leading resource for career entry and advancement for Hollywood professionals. She is a graduate of Stanford University and an active member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, the Producers Guild of America and Showbiz Mensans. She has been honored as a John W. Gardner Public Service Fellow, an Alfred P. Sloan Public Policy Fellow and an ABC/Disney Writing Fellow and most recently launched the new media department for Columbia College Hollywood. She speaks year-round to professional groups and students regarding modernizing educational access and maximizing new media.

Imran Moinuddin
Chief Technical Officer

Imran Moinuddin-CTO, The CLICAs president and lead programmer of NexDegree, Private Ltd., Imran Moinuddin has developed advanced web applications for clients around the world including the US, EU, Asia and South America. His specialty integration level work includes and has included: real-time provisioning for one of Australia's largest satellite broadband providers; high-performance data mining tools to perform deep web analysis for marketing intelligence aggregation; and biometric consulting services for private and US government institutions. He was actively involved in the first headline stock exchange network "Trendio.com." His firm has also successfully provided information security and infrastructure consulting services to his clients. His areas of expertise include virtually all current coding languages and operating systems, advanced database design and development, diverse Web frameworks, Web content management systems, graphics and multimedia programs and search engine optimization. Imran holds a B.S. in computer science from Stanford University and is a life member of the Stanford Alumni Association.

Tom Cajka
Chief Financial Officer

Tom Cajka is an entertainment business management specialist with over 25 years of experience as a CPA and CFO of entertainment clients and Southern California corporations. Prior to co-founding the Beverly Hills financial management firm Ogulnick, Leventhal & Cajka, he began his career in the entertainment industry at the well-known accounting firm of Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman and later moved to Breslauer, Jacobson & Rutman. Tom worked in business management where he advised top-rated entertainers in their financial and business affairs. In 1986, he joined The Michael Mann Company as producer and executive in charge of production, supervising the business affairs of the company and coordinating all activities of the film and television projects from budget preparation to negotiation of contracts to hiring. Tom is a graduate of San Diego State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
